We want to make sure you feel comfortable when you first visit Sequence Orthodontics, that’s why we take pride in introducing you to our friendly staff, answering your questions, and helping you explore treatment options that will help you reach your orthodontic treatment goals. Our orthodontists are happy to show you how our procedures can improve your smile. We also want to know any concerns you may have about our treatment options so that you can make an informed decision.
A treatment coordinator will show you around the office when you first arrive. Then, one of our clinical assistants will photograph your or your child’s teeth and obtain a panoramic X-ray of the teeth as well. After this, you will begin your consultation. One of our orthodontists will examine your teeth and inform you of the treatment options that are best for you. We know that your time is valuable so your consultation and the creation of your diagnostic record will last less than an hour.

After the consultation, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. We will discuss any concerns you may have at this point, and we will also address the following:

Will orthodontic treatment repair your condition?
Is treatment required immediately, or should it be delayed until factors such as tooth eruption and/or growth have occurred?

Will your treatment options require the removal of permanent teeth?
How long will your treatment last to achieve the best result?
How much will your treatment cost?
What payment options are available to you?

You may need to come in for a second appointment after we have further analyzed your records. It is very important to the healthcare professionals at Sequence Orthodontics to carefully assess the needs of each patient because we know that good planning leads to the best results.

We also want to make sure that each of our patients understands their needs, the equipment that will be used in their treatment, how their treatment will serve to improve their health and well-being, and how long the treatment will take. If you are seeking orthodontic care for your child, it may be too early to begin treatment. If this is the case, your child will enter our growth guidance program, which is complimentary and includes monitoring periodically. Your child will be in this program until they are ready to begin treatment. Parents have even saved money once their children have entered the program, as developing issues were caught before advanced treatment was needed.
